Urbee Hybrid: World’s 1st 3D Printed Car

The Urbee hybrid is the result of the combined effort of Kor Ecologic and Stratasys. It’s entire body has been 3D printed using additive manufacturing technologies. Jim Kor, president and chief technology office at Kor Ecologic, explains some of the benefits of these new technologies, “FDM lets us eliminate tooling, machining, and handwork, and it brings incredible efficiency when a design change is needed.
